Make sure that the song you want to use is not marked as "Not Allowed" in the spreadsheet. If it is, please do not use it in your content.
Please reach out to me first before using my music in any commercial projects, advertisements, indie games, or films. I will consider your request and may ask for a licensing fee depending on the scale and type of usage.

When submitting a copyright dispute on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or other video platforms, select the option that says "I have a license or written permission from the rightsholder".

Prerequisite
Before using my songs, please look up the information about the song you want to use in the discography spreadsheet here.Make sure that the song you want to use is not marked as "Not Allowed" in the spreadsheet. If it is, please do not use it in your content.
Usage Policy
You are free to use my songs in your content especially as an individual creator. For example, as a background music, animation meme, custom level / gameplay track, or other creative works. Attribution is required.Allowed:
- Background music for YouTube videos and streams
- Using my song in TikTok videos, Instagram reels, and other social media content
- Adding my song to your content such as animations
- Using my music in fan-made game content (custom levels, charts, mods)
Not Allowed:
- Reuploading my songs or full albums as standalone audio tracks without creative video content
- Selling my music or distributing it to streaming platforms under your own name
- Using my music in hate speech or political content
- Feeding my music to generative AI models

How to Dispute a Claim
Sometimes my music distributor might automatically issue a copyright claim on your video for certain songs. If this happens, you can dispute the claim.When submitting a copyright dispute on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or other video platforms, select the option that says "I have a license or written permission from the rightsholder".
